Environmental Assessment: The purpose of a (Phase I) Environmental Assessment is to reduce the risk and exposure of recognizable environmental conditions that may decrease the value of a property. An (Phase I) Assessment utilizes all appropriate inquiry into the previous ownership and uses of the property consistent with good commercial practice.

The goal is to identify recognized environmental conditions or the presence or likely presence of any hazardous substances or petroleum products on a property under the conditions that indicate an existing release, a past release or a material threat of any hazardous substances or petroleum products into structures on the property or into the ground, ground water or surface water on the property.

Waste Audit: We can provide a detailed baseline of waste generation points and volume that allows the one-time investment to identify waste saving practices that continue to bring savings, year after year. We determine what the customer is throwing away and where its going. We find out the site-specific needs and objectives. We then intercept, weigh, sort and catalog all waste for a period of 3 5 days. Finally we present detailed information about the waste streams, recommendations for waste minimization and diversion and a cost benefit analysis.

Examples include: service report for municipalities, residential, commercial and industrial demolitions, UST (underground storage tank) removals, sampling and laboratory analysis, plant and office strip outs.
